“I can’t believe the difference that the refurbishment has made: no rattles, smooth operation of the windows, and the amount of sound that it cuts down is brilliant. I thought we might (reluctantly) have to install secondary glazing as well but I honestly don’t think we need to. Martin, Abigail and the team were great: efficient, professional, pleasant and highly skilled. Many people don’t realise that sash windows are very good air conditioning devices if you remember that top and bottom sashes need to be open on a hot day: cool air goes in at the bottom, pushing the warm air out at the top – simples!
